Peter Hagerty
Carmen is a seasoned psychotherapist and consultant with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as the Chief Clinical Advisor at Integrative Life Network. Drawing from a diverse spectrum of therapeutic methodologies, she bridges ancient wisdom with modern psychology and neuroscience, incorporating holistic medicine, yoga therapy, and expressive therapies into her practice. She values evidence-based treatment models while aiming to deepen understanding and enhance support for individuals on their journey of self-discovery and authentic alignment. Carmen’s practice is informed by relational cultural theory, the principles of social justice, polyvagal theory, and somatic and systemic approaches. Additionally, she has trained in Family Therapy at the esteemed Cambridge Family Institute. Carmen has also served as an adjunct professor at Lesley University for 22 years, contributing to the education of future therapists. She co-facilitates spiritual journeys to Teotihuacan alongside best-selling author Gini Gentry, known for "Dreaming Down Heaven: The 12 Keystones.”. All of Carmen’s work is driven by a deep passion for nurturing transformational healing, emphasizing that this process is fundamentally relational. She believes that we are all wired for safety, connection, and belonging, and guides individuals to reconnect with their inherent wisdom and return to authenticity.
Gregory Fisher started recovering from the challenges of his life more than 40 years ago, seeking earnestly to uncover the sources of his suffering. Ultimately, Gregory's personal journey led to a life of purpose, meaning and fulfillment. Completing a master's degree in social work and studies in personal and professional coaching as well as practitioner-level studies in Science of Mind,, he now takes the lessons he has learned and the training he has received to assist others. He has studied Toltec wisdom on many journeys to Teotihuacan, Mexico and is working on certification in Religious Trauma Therapy. Currently, he is a senior therapist at the Integrative Life Center in Nashville, Tennessee and maintains a thriving private practice. Additionally, Gregory often speaks to local congregations and service-oriented groups. His treatment philosophy centers around the premise that labels aren't helpful and focuses with client's on rewriting the stories they tell themselves that cause their suffering. Soul-Full Journeys works with a vast array of professional collborators to produce custom-created journeys to meet the needs of our participants. These collaborators are selected for the skills they bring to enrich the experience and to ensure that the outcomes of the journey are met. They are also engaged because they bring heart and vision and connection. Each is highly trained and more than meets the requirements for the occasion. Aryana Solh is a Master Breath Coach, Raw and Plant Based Food Chef, Detox & Regeneration Specialist, Yogini, Movement Artist, Intuitive Healer, and Devoted Mother. From age 11, she began apprenticing with Shamans and training in yoga, mindfulness and meditation. For nearly a decade, she was a close student of Don Miguel Ruiz, author of "The Four Agreements". Her passion for truth, healing and vitality inspired her to pursue advanced training in multiple breath-work modalities, work as a raw foods chef and educator and complete certification as a detox + regeneration specialist.
Steven has been practicing the Wim Hof Method of breath work and cold exposure since 2016. He completed the training and certification process in 2019, and has been instructing ever since. As a practitioner, Steven works with athletes, musicians, executives and entrepreneurs as well as individuals in the treatment and recovery community. There he work’s specifically with people dealing with trauma, depression, and many of the same struggles Steven himself has endured.
Among his notable achievements, Keoni is a certified course manager, skilled in building systems for spotted activities, low ropes, risk management, skills evaluation, knots, belays/transfer, hardware, ropes, and rescue. Specializing in events like ziplining, climbing walls, swings, static courses, paper poles, and sweat lodges, he is also recognized as a Level II Challenge Course Practitioner.
